Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Drop Off Package
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free home pickup.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
